FLIC EN FLAC - Free and Flat Land

hand mixed, coloured intaglio ink mono-print on Hokosawa paper, 37 plates of aluminium and copper found in skips, scored, configured into an arrangement and compressed. 1.9 x 1.7m . 2025.

The transient, the fleeting, the contingent Composite intaglio print, folded metal pieces hammered together to make substantial printing plates, intaglio ink, and Carborundum dust on Hokosawa paper. Aluminium bent panel, painted in acrylic. Plaster cast of a polystyrene packing container holding glass panes.
